Children's Storytime and Activities
All programs are held at the Islamic Resource Center every Monday and Wednesday, from June 23 to August 6.
Registration is REQUIRED for each activity, as space is limited. Registration for all events begins at 10:00 on the Monday prior. Please bring your ticket with you - it will be on your phone or you can print it at home.

Week #1 Theme: Treasures Beneath Your Feet!
Monday, June 23:
Activity: Milwaukee Public Museum presents “Dinosaur Hunt”
Join us on a trip back in time to the Mesozoic Era, where we’ll learn all about dinosaurs and the scientists who study them!
Wednesday, June 25:
Story Time: “Down in the Dirt” (no registration required)
Activity: Tatiana’s Tiny Zoo presents Reptiles of the World (live animals!)
Reptiles include turtles, snakes, alligators, and lizards, but where in the world can we find them? How do snakes and frogs survive in cold weather? Where do the most venomous animals live? Do lizards really eat their own skin?
In this program, I will teach participants about 4-6 different reptiles around the world, how they have adapted to their unique environments, and how they are different from the ones found in Wisconsin!
Week #2 Theme: Building Up Friendships!
